Kanangi constructions pvt Ltd (formerly Buildwell, until 2020), was started in the year 2021 as a private limited company with expertise in construction of individual residences. With a combined experience of constructing more than 100 buildings In the last 2 decades, we have evolved to become the most sought after construction partner in Mysuru with projects ranging from Luxury residences, Industrial sheds, Multi-living spaces, Commercial spaces, Hospitals and factories.

Pavan Kanangi

Managing Director, Kanangi Constructions

Er. Pavan Kanangi is a Civil Engineer graduate from RVCE, Bengaluru. He also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune.

He started his career by working as a site engineer for a year. After his Post graduation, he worked for Katerra India Pvt Ltd, a well known Precast construction firm as an Operations manager for 2 years before starting his own company. His experience with technology-driven construction and his drive to establish a deeply professional corporate Inspired him to start Kanangi Constructions Pvt Ltd in the year 2021. He is a Life member of ACCE(I), Mysuru and member of BAI, Mysuru.

K Subramanya Rao

A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, Kanangi Subramanya Rao was fascinated by the world of construction and started Vijayalakshmi Constructions

in the year 1991 as a class 1 contractor and executed more than 25 irrigation projects of Varuna canal works. After his success in governmental works, he moved to private construction in the year 2000 and found M/s Vijayalakshmi Buildcon and has since executed more than 100 projects till date. He has served as president of Builders Association of India and Rotary Mysore in the past. He brings his experience of 35+ years to the company and currently is one of the directors of the company.

under the name sugeet marketing. She recorded the highest India sale for Jockey in the year 2008. With this vast experience, she presently manages all administration for Kanangi Constructions. She is also the founder of Seetha Soorya Foundation which has adopted a government school in Jayanagar, Mysuru, focusing mostly on development of school and providing quality education to the deprived.
